Every order ships in a plain, unbranded mailer from our fulfillment partner. The return address reads "Bliss Mercantile." No logos, no branding visible from the outside — just a courier label. No invoice goes in the box.

Where we ship

United States and Canada only. International expansion is on the roadmap.

Rates

• USA: $14.99 flat, all 50 states.
• Canada: $21.99 flat, all provinces and territories.

No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout. One simple rate per country — no expedited, no overnight.

Speed

In-stock orders dispatch within 24 business hours (Mon–Fri, excluding US public holidays).

• USA: 3–4 business days after dispatch.
• Canada: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Canadian customers: customs and duties are not collected at checkout — any applicable charges are assessed by CBSA on arrival.

Discretion

Plain outer carton, courier label only. Your card statement reads "Bliss Mercantile." Nothing about the contents is shown.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Tracking emails come from us by name — no preview images, no product names in the subject line.
