Is your service totally discreet and confidential? Yes – we will treat your order and enquiry with total discretion.
Your order is sent in discreet and secure, strong, padded packaging and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of the package.
Do you sell names and addresses? No – we respect our customers’ privacy. We do not pass on any information to third parties
What browser do you recommend? For optimal performance and fast download times Blissbox recommends that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 or above.
I want to cancel my order Once you have transmitted an order with your credit card details, you cannot cancel it as we will have started processing it ready for delivering to you. Please make sure you are happy with the products you are ordering before you transmit your credit card details.
Why do I need to register? Once you have registered we are able to offer a more personalised service to help you find the product you need faster, you only need to register once. Registration to the site will also reduce the amount of information you need to fill in the second time you place an order.
Do you accept international orders? It is only possible to order online from Blissbox to the following countries: UK , Germany , Belgium and The Netherlands ,if you would like to order from another country please email enquiries@blissbox.com
How do I find what I’m looking for?
To search for an item, you have a number of options:
- type a keyword into the search box which appears at the top of every page.

Blissbox wants you to be happy with your product, that's why we've made it very easy for you to return any item which complies with the conditions below. Goods returned for exchange or refund must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for 14 days from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights. Please remember to always obtain proof of return and keep this in a safe place.
In order to adapt to customer feedback, we reserve the right to amend and improve product specifications.
For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free toys (eg. vibrators), creams or accessories once the packaging has been opened under any circumstances. When an item is operated by batteries we recommend that you use new batteries and check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.
If we cannot exchange an item (eg. it is no longer available), we will offer you alternative goods or a refund.
Postage is non refundable unless a refund is due.
For non faulty returns an admin charge of at least £5 (7 Euros for mainland europe orders) will be made. This charge is to cover our handling and postage costs, in the event a product has incurred us a higher postage charge we reserve the right to charge more.
To return an item, follow the instructions on the reverse of the delivery note which accompanied your order.

Payment Options: Payment Options: At Blissbox we accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta & Visa Electron. Your credit card details will read Blissboxtoys. If you are shopping on the UK site you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and if you are shopping on the German, Dutch or Belgium Site you will be charged in Euros. Place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Your Blissbox transaction will appear on you credit card statement as Blissboxtoys
We also accept cheques and bank drafts in £ sterling (these should be made payable to Blackdog), or cash in sterling. Please note that we cannot dispatch orders until cheques have cleared which is normally 3 working days. Cash must be sent by registered post as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt. If you wish to send us a cheque, bank draft or cash for your order, please select the items you wish to order and follow instructions on the payment screen to print off an order form and send it with your payment via the post to:

Delivery: Expect delivery of all goods within 7 working days *
Our system monitors stock availability so that you know whether the item(s) you are ordering are in stock or not.
